Because we’re connected to a hotel, this role offers a variety of responsibilities—perfect for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment and likes to stay busy.
What You’ll Do:
- Stock shelves, unload delivery trucks, and help keep the store clean and organized
- Assist customers and process transactions in a friendly, efficient manner
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Support hotel operations, including checking guests in and out, issuing room keys, and answering questions
- Handle payments and provide accurate change
- Represent our business with a positive and professional attitude
- Take on additional duties as needed to support the team
Note: Successful candidates will be required to complete the “Serving It Right” certification.
What You Bring:
- A positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- A team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills
- The ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
