- 3+ years of previous supervisor or managerial experience leading a team of field workers
- Minimum 3 years experience installing / inspecting tower internals
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Competent with working with cranes
- A positive attitude and leadership qualities that encourage others to perform at their best
- A safety-first approach to all job tasks
- Good interpersonal skills
- Physically fit
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
- Able to work out of town
- Ensure work is performed according to company policies, procedures, and best practices
