Job Summary:
The Supportive Living (SL) Manager (Nurse Manager) is accountable for the management of all operational activities and staff in the Supportive Living home. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Supportive Living, the SL Manager oversees and supports their team in the daily care of children with medical and behavioral complexities. The SL manager advocates for and collaborates with ministries, healthcare providers, families, and other stakeholders to ensure the care provided to each child is supporting the child's growth and development and helps each child reach their full potential. The Administrative Assistant, Recreation Programmers, and the Nursing Supervisors all report to the SL Manager.
Qualifications:
- Practicing License in good standing with the licensing body: SALPN or SRNA.
- Minimum 5 years of Pediatric experience.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
- Experience with behavioral complexities an asset.
- Transferring, Lifting and Repositioning (TLR) training an asset.
- Strong knowledge of current nursing practices.
- Must have valid drivers license.

Ends November 30, 2026 with possibility of extension
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $90,125.00-$106,270.00 per year
