Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing menu items with creativity and precision.

- Manage food handling procedures in compliance with safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Enforce food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen area.
- Serve as a leader during service hours, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to optimize operations and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
