Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated lawyer to join our business law team. The successful candidate will work closely with our business law lawyers and join a team that provides a range of legal advice to clients that operate in a wide range of industries.
The ideal candidate is motivated by excellent work and highly engaged colleagues. The candidate will have:
- 3 – 5 years of post-call corporate, commercial and related experience, including experience independently handling M&A transactions;
- Excellent academic and professional credentials;
- Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills;
- A demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service excellence;
- A self-starter who is highly engaged; and
- Commercial lease experience is considered an asset.
Experience:
- post call corporate: 3 years (required)

Pay: $110,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
