Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist / Spa Attendant to join our team. This dual position is essential in providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming and clean environment for all visitors.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and the ability to "multi-task", handling multiple responsibilities efficiently, and working well in a team environment. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued (but not mandatory) to serve our diverse clientele effectively.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide information about spa services, treatments, and amenities to guests
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with service providers to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, text, email, or in person with excellent phone etiquette and professional customer service skills
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and spa environment
- Assist with guest services such as providing towels, robes, or refreshments as needed
- Support administrative tasks including data entry, appointment confirmations, and billing assistance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
Experience
- Previous experience in front desk operations, hospitality, or the spa/hotel industry is preferred
- Strong customer service background with a focus on guest satisfaction and managing guest inquiries.
- Experience working with the booking system Mangomint is considered a strong asset
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus to better serve diverse clientele
- Knowledge of spa or wellness services is advantageous but not required
- Excellent communication skills, including proper phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
