Bring your luxury sales expertise to a base + commission role with $70,000–$100,000+ earning potential per year, building trusted relationships and guiding clients through a premium, personalized experience.
We’re seeking a polished, high-performing sales professional with a passion for design and a demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional client experiences. In this role, you’ll guide clients in selecting pieces or lead custom design consultations, bringing both expertise and confidence to every interaction. You’ll also contribute to showroom presentation and support curated social media content that reflects our brand.

Responsibilities
- Greet and support clients with professional, friendly service
- Lead or assist with design consultations and space planning
- Build knowledge of our product collections
- Create quotes, manage orders, and follow up with clients
- Assist with showroom styling, seasonal remerchandising, and floor readiness
- Support tagging, pricing, and product displays
- Capture content (photos, videos, reels, product highlights) for social media
- Collaborate with team and ownership to meet monthly goals
Qualifications
We value attitude and people skills just as much as experience, and are happy to train the right person.
- Several years of experience in furniture, home décor, or interior design sales (preferred) and/or a background in fine dining, high-end hospitality or luxury retail sales (highly transferable)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with clients
- Creative eye for styling and presentation
- Comfortable using Instagram/Facebook; basic content creation experience an asset
- Tech-friendly (POS systems, tablets; LightSpeed experience an asset)
- Physically able to assist with showroom setups and product movement
- Organized, proactive, and aligned with values of kindness and clarity
Compensation & Benefits
- $25/hour training wage (first 3 months)
- Transition to a base + incentive pay model
- Bonuses for customer reviews, content contributions, and styling support

Schedule
- 35 - 40 hours per week
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Daytime shifts, with occasional seasonal events or showroom resets
