Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Residential Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing the framework of residential buildings, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to blueprints and schematics. This role requires a strong understanding of carpentry, heavy lifting, and the use of various hand and power tools. The Residential Framer plays a vital part in delivering high-quality residential structures efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately construct framing components.
- Build and install wall frames, floor systems, roof trusses, and other structural elements using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as needed.
- Operate heavy machinery such as zoom booms to move materials safely around the job site.
- Install siding and perform restoration work on existing structures as necessary.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood framing components with precision.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes, including heavy lifting protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics is essential.
- Experience with concrete forming, concrete finishing, welding, and woodworking is highly desirable.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices related to framing, siding, restoration, and carpentry.
- Ability to lift heavy loads safely and work at heights when necessary.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail for precise measurements and installations.
- Good physical stamina to perform manual labor throughout long shifts in various weather conditions.

Pay: $19.00-$40.00 per hour
