WHO WE ARE
The Spritz Bar is not an add-on. It is the identity of Capo & The Spritz. 22 seats of Italian-inspired libations, aperitivo culture, and a cocktail program rooted in Mediterranean tradition. Every drink we pour is a story. Every bartender we hire is a storyteller.
We're looking for a bartender who knows their amaro from their aperitivo, leads with personality, and can hold down a full bar while keeping the room energized. Crisp acidity, savory bitters, balance — that's our language. Fluency required.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run the 22-seat Spritz Bar with confidence, speed, and Italian flair
- Build the aperitivo narrative — educate guests on our spritz lineup, amaro selection, and Italian cocktail culture
- Craft cocktails designed for multiple rounds — balanced, sessionable, never overly sweet
- Execute the full beverage program for both the bar and dining room — crafting every cocktail, wine pour, and non-alcoholic beverage that leaves the building, whether the guest is at the bar or a table
- Keep your station clean, your mise tight, and your energy high from open to close
WHAT YOU BRING
- Minimum 2–3 years bartending in a full-service, high-volume environment
- Deep knowledge of Italian spirits, aperitivo culture, and classic cocktail technique
- Serving It Right certification (or obtained immediately upon hire)
- A natural communicator with the ability to hold court at a bar while keeping tickets moving
- Pride in the craft — you see bartending as a discipline, not just a gig
