Head Office Customer Experience & Marketing Coordinator
Omni Jewelcrafters is an established four-store jewellery chain with over 40 years of serving customers across Ontario. Our Lawrence Allen Centre location is both our flagship store and our head office.
We are looking for an exceptional individual to become the welcoming face of our company while helping drive our marketing and day-to-day operations.
This is a varied and exciting position that includes:
- Greeting and assisting customers in our showroom
- Coordinating jewellery repairs and communicating with our in-house workshop
- Scheduling customer follow-ups and keeping clients informed
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to management
- Managing social media accounts and creating engaging content
- Assisting with advertising, promotions, email marketing, and special events
- Answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining excellent customer service
- Helping ensure the store operates smoothly every day
We're looking for someone who:
- Has outstanding people and communication skills
- Is highly organized and pays attention to detail
- Is comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Has experience with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Has strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Is creative, energetic, and enjoys marketing
- Presents themselves professionally and has a positive attitude
- Retail, jewellery, or luxury goods experience is an asset, but not required.
