As a supervisor, you will assist your Project Manager by taking a leadership role over a small crew, as delegated to you. You are able to take direction from your Project Manager but are also about to take the initiative to make on-the-spot decisions as they pertain to your own crew. You will have a working-supervisor role, which means that not only will you be tasked with supervising your crew and reporting back to the Project Manager but will also be an actively working part of the labor force on the dry dock project.
