Analyze internal quality data such as scrap, SPC, trends, and customer issues including warranty claims, PPM, and returns to support continuous improvement
Work with Manufacturing teams to implement quality and process improvements for new and existing products
Communicate with customers and provide corrective action plans
Support Product Engineering from product design through program launch
Participate in CFT activities and support TRAX and ChangeX requirements
Implement quality systems, continuous improvement activities, and Cost of Quality analysis
Develop timelines and ensure quality requirements are completed on time
Review and implement engineering changes
Support E-coat and powder coat process quality activities
Perform root cause analysis for EPP foam, E-coat, and powder coat quality issues and implement corrective actions
Support soft launch activities and exit plans
Perform other related duties as required
