Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable DZ Truck Driver to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating commercial trucks to transport freight and cargo across various routes. Responsibilities
- Safely operate DZ trucks to transport freight and cargo to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs in accordance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding delivery schedules and issues.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance or repairs, including automotive repairs when necessary.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during operations.
Qualifications
- Valid DZ license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in commercial driving, heavy equipment operation, or freight transportation preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other heavy machinery safely.
- Knowledge of automotive repair basics is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation and safety checks.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently across multiple routes.
- Physical ability to load/unload freight, lift heavy objects, and perform vehicle inspections.

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
