Overview
We are seeking a reliable housekeeping team member who takes ownership of hotel cleanliness and guest experience. This role involves thorough guest room cleaning, maintaining public areas, and supporting overall hotel presentation.
Duties
- Clean guest rooms following check-outs and refresh rooms during guest stays
- Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, public washrooms, and other common spaces
- Stock housekeeping carts and supply areas for efficiency and accuracy
- Assist with laundry based on operational needs
- Support overall hotel cleanliness and appearance proactively
- Follow established standards and inspection criteria
- Assist supervisors or management with additional housekeeping-related tasks as needed
Experience
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
