E360 (formerly Rupert Disposal) is seeking a skilled and dedicated Full-Time Swing Driver (Roll-Off/Septic & Water Truck Driver) to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate roll-off, septic, and water trucks to deliver efficient and reliable service. This position requires flexibility, with some days involving longer hours and the ability to alternate between different truck types based on operational needs.
- Safely operate roll-off, septic, and water trucks to service residential, commercial, and industrial clients
- Load and unload roll-off bins following established safety protocols
- Perform routine inspections of vehicles for mechanical and safety issues
- Conduct daily truck maintenance, including greasing and minor repairs
- Adhere to truck driving regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Ensure customer satisfaction through reliable and professional service
- Complete special pickups as requested by Dispatch
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maneuver trucks safely in tight spaces using excellent spatial awareness
Qualifications and Experience
- Valid Class 3 Driver’s License with Air Brake endorsement
- Clean driver’s abstract with no major violations or accidents
- Minimum of 2 years of truck driving or related experience
- Manual transmission experience (mandatory)
- Prior experience in commercial driving (roll-off experience is a strong asset)
- Water Safe XWTP0200 certification is required or willingness to obtain
- WHMIS certification is required or willingness to obtain
- Basic knowledge of automotive repair is advantageous
Job Requirements
- MUST be willing and able to operate multiple truck types (roll-off, water, and septic)
- Physically fit and capable of handling heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including long days when required
