Who we are looking for:
We are currently seeking a Senior HVAC Technician to join the service team. The ideal candidate will be motivated, hardworking, and a team player.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Support the service manager with leadership in the field with mentorship to apprentices and junior mechanics.
- Provide technical assistance when required
- Support business development when required
- Ensure all work meets company and industry quality standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service and represent our company values on every job
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and efficiency
- Uphold a positive and team-oriented workplace culture
- Minimum 10 years of HVAC experience
- Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to mentor and motivate others
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Team player not hero
- Excellent communication
Licensing Requirements:
- Gas Technician (G2/G1)
- Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic (313A)
- ODP License
- Driver’s license

Schedule: Day shift, On call (Approx. every 15 weeks)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $63.33 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
Work Location: In person
