About Us:
Be Grounded Counselling (本然輔導) is an established clinical practice specializing in ICBC motor vehicle accident recovery and WorkBC vocational rehabilitation. We are expanding our clinical team and looking for specialized, multilingual practitioners to join our referral network.
The Role: We are seeking experienced Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC) who are fluent in Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Punjabi, Farsi, or Vietnamese.
Important Note on Workspace: As our clinic operates through a collaborative professional network, we require all associates to provide their own clinical workspace (in-person) in the Richmond area. Whether you currently operate your own private practice or utilize professional hourly/daily rental office space, we provide the caseload and clinical infrastructure (referrals, administrative support for ICBC/WorkBC files).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of ICBC and WorkBC clients.
- Provide high-quality clinical counselling in English and your respective second language.
- Maintain all clinical records and documentation required for ICBC and WorkBC compliance.

Requirements:
- Current RCC, CCC, or equivalent in BC.
- Fluency in English AND one of the following: Tagalog, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Punjabi, Farsi, or Vietnamese.
- You must have access to your own clinical office space in Richmond (or be prepared to arrange your own rental space for in-person sessions).
- Experience with ICBC or WorkBC documentation is highly preferred.
Pay: $98.00-$122.75 per hour
