Job Overview
We are seeking a part time detail-oriented and experienced Scale Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately weighing, measuring, and recording shipments and inventory, ensuring seamless warehouse operations. Expected hours are Friday 12 pm-5 pm, Saturday 8 am - 1 pm & Monday 8 am - 5 pm.
Duties
- Weigh and measure products accurately for cash disbursements
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions using warehouse systems
- Support warehouse distribution operations by organizing stock locations and preparing items for shipment
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all material handling activities
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve overall warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Basic math skills for weight measurement, inventory counting, and order picking calculations
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in weighing, recording, and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
