Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Server to join our team. The ideal candidate should be providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial in managing the flow of guests and enhancing their dining experience in our restaurant setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover.
- Communicate effectively with guests regarding wait times and menu options.
- Assist in answering phone calls, and providing information about the restaurant services
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, aiming for resolution to enhance their experience.

Typical Duties
- -Clearing and cleaning tables
- -Resetting tables for new guests
- -Refilling water, napkins, or condiments
- -Assisting servers and kitchen staff
- -Taking dishes to the kitchen or dishwashing area
- -Keeping dining areas clean and stocked
Requirements for Server
- -Excellent command on English
- -Previous experience as server in a fast paced environment is a MUST, particularly in a restaurant environment.
- -Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- -Familiarity with POS systems is a MUST, hands on experience on Toast - POS will be an -added advantage, aiding in efficient order processing.
- -Excellent etiquette for handling issues related to customer service and inquiries.
- -Strong sense of the importance of keeping themselves groomed is a MUST
- -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- -A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding customer service in food service settings.
- -Should be eligible to work full time in Canada
- -Hands on experience in managing inventory would be an added advantage

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
