Our friendly and busy private physiotherapy clinic is hiring a part time (potential full time) physiotherapist. This is a contract/employed staff physiotherapist position. The clinic provides a caseload mix of pelvic health(not currently), neurological cases (vertigo, concussion and stroke rehab) and orthopedic cases. You will be working with FCAMPT, acupuncturist, physiotherapist with special interest in neurological problem and (Not currently) pelvic health.
The successful physiotherapist must be registered with the College of Registered Physiotherapists of Ontario and have purchased malpractice insurance.
The successful physiotherapist will be providing physical therapy to patients in an outpatient clinic.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
- Provide hands-on manual therapy techniques to improve patient mobility and function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients or families on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle changes to support recovery.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with College of Physiotherapists of Ontario .
- Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy practices and advancements The successful physiotherapist will be providing physical therapy to patients in an outpatient clinic.
