Parking Lot Maintenance Crew Member – Part-Time (Early Morning or Overnight)
Superb Group Inc. is a team-oriented, professional landscaping and hardscaping company based out of Guelph, servicing Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and surrounding areas. We take pride in the quality of our work and the reliability of our team.
We are currently looking for a dependable part-time Parking Lot Maintenance Crew Member to service sites in the Kitchener area.
Position Details
- Schedule: 7 days per week
- Hours: Approximately 1–2 hours per day
- Time: Work must be completed between 11:00pm and 7:00am
- Location: Kitchener (single site)
- Transportation: Must use your own reliable vehicle to travel to site.
Responsibilities
- Collect and remove litter/debris from all areas of the property
- Empty garbage bins and replace bags
- Clean and maintain waste containers as needed
- Sweep and maintain parking lots, walkways, and surrounding areas
- Ensure tools and equipment are kept clean and in safe working condition
- Accurately document site visits (time on site, work completed, weather conditions, etc.)
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Reliable and consistent—shows up every day, on time
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
