TOTAL Transportation Solutions Inc. is experiencing significant growth in sales and is seeking to add outgoing, self motivated Account Managers.
Located in Scarborough, ON., TOTAL Transportation provides specialized warehousing and transportation services including blanket wrap, white glove and inside delivery. We provide professional transportation solutions to very elite corporate customers moving computers, electronics, medical systems and other high value items. Our fleet is equipped with extra large lift-gates for ground load and unload. As a valued member of our team, you will directly support the growth of sales and operations.
Key Job Duties:
- Provide quoting assistance for certain customer and account inquiries.
- Assist Sales Management with outreach to customers and markets as directed.
- Assist Sales Management with proposals or sales presentations as needed.
- Handle emails and calls with authority and professionalism.
- Coordinate shipment bookings with Sales, Customer Service and Operations Teams.
- Accurately enter & process data and maintain master company lists.
- Timely follow-up with cus tomers on all shipments in transit.
- Handle other administrative tasks to support the sales and operations team.
Qualifications:
- Must have a background in transportation, moving or logistics.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Outgoing personality and comfortable engaging new customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team effort.
- Interpersonal skills to build strong and lasting relationships.
- Ability to multitask and quickly switch focus when needed.
- Computer literacy, IT and typing skills.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Must have clean criminal background.
Compensation will be negotiated based on past sales experience.
