Purpose and Impact
Within the assigned sales territory, the Sales Representative represents Sleeman Breweries and grows portfolio presence in the trade. This role drives volume and gross margin performance by building strong customer relationships, executing effective sales strategies, and delivering best ‑ in ‑ class merchandising and program execution. Territory: Upper Ottawa Valley, Ontario Highlands, and Kawarthas.

Customer & Account Management
Build strong relationships with retail and on ‑ premise customers, providing product, promotion, and sales recommendations.
Execution & Merchandising
Operational Excellence & Collaboration
Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including CRM 365, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Work Environment
M inimum of four days per week spent in the field within the assigned territory.
