Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various commercial and residential settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in plumbing, welding, boiler systems, and appliance repair. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects requiring construction experience and the ability to interpret schematics. The HVAC Technician will ensure optimal system performance and safety compliance while providing excellent service to clients.
Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Perform routine maintenance on heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for system installation and repairs
- Conduct plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems as needed
- Weld components or parts as required for system repairs or modifications
- Service boilers and other mechanical components associated with HVAC operations
- Diagnose mechanical issues using specialized tools and mechanical knowledge
- Repair or replace faulty appliances or mechanical parts to restore system functionality
- Collaborate with construction teams during new installations or upgrades
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used
Experience
- Proven experience working as an HVAC Technician or mechanic in residential or commercial environments
- Strong background in plumbing, welding, boiler systems, and appliance repair
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams
- Experience with maintenance of HVAC systems including troubleshooting complex issues
- Construction experience is a plus for installation projects
- Familiarity with various tools and safety procedures related to HVAC work
- Prior experience working with schematics for system diagnostics and repairs

Pay: $100.00-$150.00 per hour
