Urban Ridge Homes is one of Winnipeg's leading residential builders, specializing in high-quality single-family homes, duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, and multi-family developments.
We're looking for a motivated individual with some construction experience who is passionate about residential building and wants to grow into a Project Manager. This is an entry-level role, and we will provide the training and mentorship needed to build a successful career.
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with the coordination of residential construction projects.
- Visit job sites to monitor progress and quality.
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and material deliveries.
- Track project schedules and deficiencies.
- Maintain project documentation and assist with day-to-day operations.
- Support quality control and help keep projects on schedule.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver License and Reliable Transportation
- 1–2 years of construction experience preferred.
- Passion for residential construction and home building.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- Experience with residential construction is an asset.
