Job Description:
AFS Aerial Photography Inc., a leader in rural aerial photography for over 67 years, is seeking a drone pilot to join our seasonal team. This is a unique opportunity to travel across Canada capturing high-quality drone images of rural properties and farmland.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate a company-provided drone to capture aerial photographs in rural locations
- Work independently in the field, flying during all good-weather days
- Travel regionally and nationally for up to 4 months
- Capture and upload photographs according to company standards and schedules
- Maintain accurate logs and ensure compliance with Transport Canada drone regulations
Qualifications:
- Basic Drone Pilot Certificate (Transport Canada) — Required
- Post-secondary diploma (drone, aviation, photography, or geography-related) — Preferred
- Prior drone photography experience — Preferred
- Clean Criminal Record Check — Required
- Must be comfortable with extended travel and working independently
Compensation & Perks:

- Preference is given to applicants aged 21+ due to car rental policies and underage fees.
