What you will do::

Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of 13 Outside Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales, margin, and market share objectives.

Conduct regular field visits, ride-alongs, and performance reviews to support individual and team development.

Establish clear performance expectations and accountability measures aligned with company objectives.

Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Drive profitable revenue growth through strategic customer acquisition, retention, and expansion initiatives.

Support key account development and strengthen relationships with customers, contractors, builders, and industry partners.

Identify emerging market opportunities, competitive threats, and customer trends to support strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with sales teams to maximize penetration within existing accounts and target new business opportunities.

Partner with Regional and District Leadership to develop annual sales plans, budgets, pricing strategies, and territory optimization initiatives.

Lead the execution of sales campaigns, vendor programs, and product launches throughout the region.

Utilize CRM tools, sales analytics, and business intelligence to drive data-based decision-making and performance management.

Monitor market conditions and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

Collaborate closely with Branch Managers, Operations, Pricing, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Promote alignment across teams and ensure effective communication of company priorities and initiatives.

Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
What you will bring::
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Minimum 5 years of progressive sales leadership experience managing outside sales teams.

Experience within building materials, construction, distribution, industrial products, or a related industry strongly preferred.

Demonstrated success leading high-performing sales teams and driving profitable growth.

Strong coaching, leadership, and talent development capabilities.

Excellent business acumen with the ability to analyze sales performance, market trends, and profitability.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.

Ability to travel throughout Québec as required.

Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
