Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher - Infant & Toddler to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. As an Infant & Toddler Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum while ensuring a safe and engaging classroom atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to the diverse needs of children.
- Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff through effective communication.
- Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents regarding their development.
- Maintain an organized classroom that is conducive to learning, including managing materials and resources effectively.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all students.
- Utilize technology for administrative tasks such as record keeping and lesson planning.
Experience
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire young learners.
- Excellent time management abilities to balance multiple tasks effectively.
- Organizational skills to maintain an orderly classroom environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Special Needs qualification is a bonus
Must Have
- Registered Infant & Toddler Educator
- Valid Criminal background
- Valid First Aid

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
