Growing PEMB and steel buildings contractor seeking an Estimator / Pre-Construction Coordinator to support industrial, aviation, recreational, warehouse, and commercial building projects across Western Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare estimates, take-offs, and tender submissions
- Coordinate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Support procurement, scheduling, and pre-construction planning
- Coordinate with PMs, consultants, and field teams across multiple projects
Requirements:
- 3–7+ years of estimating or pre-construction experience
- PEMB or structural steel experience preferred
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and construction documentation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
