Glacier Maintenance Inc. is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member to maintain factory floors using industrial cleaning equipment. This position involves floor maintenance at two locations in Industrial Park in Belleville.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM

Pay: $20.00/hr
What You’ll Do:
- Sweep large factory floor areas (significant walking required)
- Operate an auto scrubber to clean floors - Mopping required when equipment is not operational
- Empty, rinse, and maintain equipment after each shift
- Ensure floors are clean, safe, and presentable
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable working in a physically active role (walking several kilometers per shift)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent bending and movement
- Some technical ability involved as will troubleshoot when required
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Enjoys hands-on work and operating equipment
- Prior industrial cleaning or equipment experience is an asset (training provided)
- Must have Driver's License and own vehicle
