We are looking for a bakery associate who is independent. The ideal candidate is self motivated to multitask and take initiative, seeing what needs to be done, and includes working in both the back and front of house. The associate will be able to connect with customers on a personal level to provide an experience worth returning to! Knowledge of Scottish fare is a definite asset.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Baking
Merchandising
Customer Service
Cleaning & Sanitizing of store front and kitchen area.
Inventory
Serving food
Packaging food for orders
Counting and verifying order accuracy
Educating customers on products
Ability to work independently
Positive engagement of customers
Investigate customer inquiries
Opening and closing duties
Handling of cash and POS systems
Ability to stand for long periods
Suggest product pairing during each transaction
Use suggestive selling techniques
