Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food service and high-quality meal preparation.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training on food handling, cooking techniques, and safety protocols.
- Plan menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and storage.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Monitor food presentation and portion control to maintain quality standards.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a Chef role or similar position within the food industry.
- Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and restaurant management practices.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on motivating staff for optimal performance.
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred, demonstrating an understanding of customer service excellence.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a busy kitchen environment.
