We are seeking a dedicated Construction Worker specializing in waterproofing and coating to join our team. Candidate MUST HAVE WORKING AT HEIGHTS CERTIFICATE
Position: Construction worker (Waterproofing and Coating)
Location: Mississauga
Shift: 6:30 am
Pay: $21/ hour
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or masking prior to waterproofing or coating application
- Mix and apply waterproofing materials and coatings according to project specifications
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during installation processes
- Perform restoration work including caulking, sealing, and surface preparation for painting projects
- Utilize rigging techniques to lift and position materials or equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety standards
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients regarding project progress or issues

- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in waterproofing and coating applications
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines efficiently

Pay: $21.00 per hour
