Job Description
Shift: Night Shift (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
WG Pro Manufacturing Inc. is seeking reliable and motivated Packagers to join our team at our Brampton facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for packaging products, maintaining quality standards, and supporting production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work efficiently in a cold-temperature environment.
- Package products according to customer specifications and production requirements.
- Complete packaging tasks within established production deadlines.
- Load or place products onto conveyor belts for processing.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Perform assigned duties on the assembly line.
- Follow all quality standards, work instructions, and company procedures.
- Assist team members as needed to support production goals.
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity and quality.
- Sweep, mop, and remove debris to maintain a clean work area.
- Read and verify production codes and labels for accuracy.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following company policies and safety regulations.
- Follow instructions provided by the Line Leader and Plant Manager.
- Report any quality, safety, or equipment concerns promptly.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school education or previous warehouse/manufacturing experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to work in a cold environment.
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment and follow operating procedures.
- Basic English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Good attention to detail and mental focus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced production setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.60 per hour
