Position Overview
As the Landscape Construction Lead, you will oversee daily site operations, direct crew members, operate machinery, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll be trusted to make decisions, solve problems on the fly, and represent the company with professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience:
- 3+ years as a Landscape Construction Foreman / Lead Hand
- Minimum 5 years in the landscaping/hardscaping industry
- 3+ years operating skid steers and/or excavators
- Clean Class 5 driver’s license
- Ability to drive a truck and trailer confidently
- Strong proficiency with small‑engine equipment and hand tools
- Ability to read plans, set grades, and maintain jobsite organization
- Detail‑oriented mindset with high accountability
- Strong leadership skills — lead by example, not by title
Assets (Not Required):
- Experience with landscape lighting
- Experience with irrigation installation
