Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide high-quality care to a young adult female within a family-managed setting. In this role you will enhance her quality of life by providing care and support to an adult female in her home and a variety of community activities.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm
Saturday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Duties
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Management of wheelchair, operation of lifts and some physical lifts and transfers
- Provide medication administration and health monitoring
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care settings is preferred
- Experience in caregiving roles that involve medication administration and patient monitoring is advantageous
- Background in nursing or related healthcare fields is beneficial but not mandatory

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
