We are hiring a Full-Time Delivery Driver for our Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday shift, 8:00am to 2:30pm, out of our Sherwood Park location.

WOW! Factor Desserts is a dynamic, forward-thinking food innovation company specializing in Cake, Cheesecake, Specialty and Seasonal baked desserts. This position supports the shipping and receiving department.
Reporting to the Shipping Manager, the Delivery Driver is responsible for accurately preparing customer orders, safely operating company vehicles, and completing deliveries in accordance with company policies, transportation regulations, and collective agreement requirements.
This role operates in a unionized manufacturing environment and requires a strong commitment to workplace safety, collaboration, attendance reliability, and respectful communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, verify, and prepare customer orders for delivery.
- Package, wrap, and organize products to ensure safe transportation.
- Safely operate company delivery vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and company procedures.
- Complete scheduled deliveries and pickups in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and records.
- Support shipping and receiving activities as required.
- Follow food safety, health and safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Work collaboratively with production, warehouse, and customer service teams.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
· Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean Driver’s Abstract.
· Valid Class 1 Driver’s License would be an asset.
· Previous delivery driving and shipping and receiving experience preferred.
· Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or food production environment is considered an asset.
· Forklift certification or operating experience is an asset.
· Ability to safely lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Working Conditions

Pay: $17.05-$23.10 per hour
