Summary
As an HVAC/R Service Tech, you will be essential in maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Reporting to the Service Manager, your role requires strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance. You will utilize your premium skills in plumbing and welding, along with relevant abilities in appliance repair and schematics, to ensure optimal system performance. Effective communication skills and a valid driving license are necessary for this position, as you will interact with clients and navigate service locations. Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/R systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, utilizing schematics and technical manuals.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Possess a valid driving license to travel to various job sites as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
