LIVunLtd is a national provider of professional consulting and management services in fitness and wellness. We are currently seeking an energetic, service-driven, and passionate Fitness & Membership Service Representative to join our growing team in Downtown Toronto.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding fitness community as we launch a brand-new corporate fitness facility alongside our existing downtown location. With two premium fitness centres, new equipment, and a growing membership base, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment and is passionate about health, wellness, and exceptional member experiences.
Schedule
This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with consistent Monday–Friday scheduling.
Successful candidates will be hired into either a permanent opening or closing shift:
- Opening Shift: 5:45 AM – 1:45 PM
- Closing Shift: 12:15 PM – 8:15 PM
No weekend shifts required.
Access to reliable early-morning transportation is mandatory for this role.
About the Role
The Fitness & Membership Service Rep plays a key role in the daily operations and member experience across our downtown fitness facilities. This individual will support membership services, personal training, group fitness programming, facility operations, and community engagement initiatives.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, personable, and excited to help grow a welcoming and inclusive fitness community.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and member support
- Assist with membership sales, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Support personal training and group fitness programming
- Help execute marketing, engagement, and community-building initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming fitness environment
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Build strong relationships with members and tenants across both facilities
Qualifications
Successful candidates will demonstrate strength in the following areas:
- Previous customer service experience in a fitness, wellness, or hospitality environment
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership experience or supervisory skills are considered an asset
- Group Fitness and/or Personal Training Certification is considered an asset
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification required
- Diploma or Degree in Fitness, Kinesiology, Recreation, or a related field is preferred
