Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Title: Heavy Duty Repair Technician
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Start Date: As soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on Kubota and other farm equipment
- Operate equipment safely and ethically in accordance with company standards
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
- Communicate effectively with site management to coordinate service needs and priorities
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Mandatory: Journeyperson (Red Seal) Heavy Equipment Technician Certification
- Experience working with Kubota (or similar) equipment is an asset
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to manage a demanding workload
- Must be a team player with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (abstract required)

Preferred Experience:
