The Compassion Centre: Pelvic, Perinatal & Pain Centre is hiring a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist / Physiotherapist for our fast-growing multidisciplinary clinic. Our clinic has a strong pelvic health, women’s health, and perinatal physiotherapy focus, with an established referral base and a growing waitlist. The ideal candidate can expect competent fee split.
This role is ideal for an experienced pelvic physiotherapist who is also comfortable treating general conditions. Our clinic is located in a high-traffic medical building directly across from the hospital, with strong referrals from physicians, allied health providers, and the community.
You will be joining a collaborative multidisciplinary team with full administrative support.

Responsibilities
- Provide pelvic floor physiotherapy assessment and treatment
- Treat women’s health and perinatal physiotherapy clients
- Provide orthopaedic physiotherapy assessment and treatment
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain clinical documentation using Jane App

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
- Registered and in good standing with CPTBC / CHCPBC
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Comfortable treating pelvic health and orthopaedic physiotherapy clients
- Ability to work within interdisciplinary team
Additional skills considered an asset:
- Pelvic floor physiotherapy training
- Women’s health physiotherapy training
- Perinatal physiotherapy training
- Acupuncture
- IMS / Dry needling
- Manual therapy
- Vestibular rehabilitation
- Concussion training
Private practice experience preferred but not required. Mentorship available.
