We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who is passionate about empowering clients through technology and thrives in a dynamic, innovation driven environment. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, process improvement, and data driven decision making across the organization.
This role is based in Canada with the flexibility to work fully remotely.
As a Business Analyst, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, collaborate closely with stakeholders across multiple functions to analyze business needs, document requirements, and support the delivery of scalable solutions. You will help translate complex business challenges into actionable insights and ensure that system enhancements and process changes align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients to ensure positive, value-driven customer experiences.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer operations, processes, and business challenges to design tailored solutions.
- Serve as a customer advocate, offering insights that shape the product vision and inform the product roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure the successful launch and adoption of new applications.
- Proactively manage and resolve client issues to maintain strong engagement and satisfaction.
About You
- You will be hands on, willing to learn in depth about our technology and use that learning to achieve real customer outcomes.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within ERP, SaaS or technology environments.
- Self starter who demonstrates the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively on technical and business issues.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Accounting/Financial education or experience highly regarded
- Previous experience in the removalist/relocation industry would be advantageous.
- Multilingual ability - proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage in our global environment.
