Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year climbing experience in arboriculture
- An aptitude for teaching technique and mentoring your colleagues
- Leadership skills, excellent client communication, customer service skills and problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable and competent in modern arboriculture practices and climbing/rigging techniques
- Safe and proficient operation of Aerial lifts, Chippers, Stump Grinders, and Chainsaws.
- Competent in tree and woody plant Identification
- G driver’s license with a clean abstract
Assets (Not Required):
- ISA Certified Arborist or Certified Arborist 444A and/or Certified Utility Arborist 444B
- Completion of an Arboriculture diploma program and/or equivalent field experience
- 0-8 tonne crane competency certificate
- DZ license
- Experience as a lead climbing arborist or crew leader
- First Aid Certification
