About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Short-Term Rental Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vacation rental portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys connecting with people, and can confidently manage multiple moving pieces while maintaining a high standard of service. Every day is different, and success in this position comes from anticipating needs before they arise and delivering exceptional hospitality at every guest touchpoint.
Because our properties are located in multiple areas, this position requires regular travel between properties for inspections, guest support, inventory management, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all guest communication before, during, and after each stay.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a hospitality-first mindset.
- Coordinate reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest support.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct routine property inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Travel between properties as needed to oversee operations.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and outside vendors.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies across all properties.
- Monitor booking calendars and ensure listing accuracy.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively before they affect the guest experience.
- Assist with onboarding new properties as the portfolio grows.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve operations and guest satisfaction.

- Flexible and available to respond to occasional evenings, weekends, and holiday guest needs.
Requirements
- Valid BC Driver's Licence.
- Reliable personal vehicle is required as travel between multiple properties is a regular part of the role.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs (supplies, linens, etc.).
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, customer service, or short-term rental management is considered an asset.
Compensation
Compensation is competitive and will be determined based on experience. We are open to discussing the right compensation structure for the successful candidate, including:
