Pure Woodcraft Cabinetry is looking for an experienced Senior Cabinetmaker to join our team.
For over 28 years, we've built a reputation for producing high-quality custom cabinetry throughout the Okanagan. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a team that values quality over rushing jobs. Responsibilities
-Build and assemble custom cabinetry to the highest standards
- Read and interpret shop drawings
- Operate woodworking equipment safely and efficiently, including CNC equipment and edge bander
- Install hardware and complete final cabinet assembly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work independently while contributing to a positive team atmosphere
- Help maintain the high level of quality Pure Woodcraft is known for
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of cabinet shop experience (custom cabinetry preferred)
- Strong understanding of cabinet construction and woodworking techniques
- Experience operating cabinet shop machinery
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and consistently produce quality work
