Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager with experience in managing events to lead our team. The front-of-house manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, particularly during events and special events. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to provide exceptional service and exceed guest expectations during regular operations and special events.

Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including private parties, ensuring all details are meticulously managed.
- Coordinate with event planners, vendors, and internal departments to coordinate logistics, menu selections, and special requests.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and maximize revenue opportunities.

Train, mentor, and coach front-of-house staff to ensure consistency in service delivery and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Conduct pre- and post-event meetings with staff to review expectations, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and proactively.

Conduct regular inspections of the dining area to maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage service and maintain high-quality standards.
