Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and energetic Take-Out & Kitchen Associate to join our team. This role involves working in both our food court location and food truck, combining customer service and cooking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Take customer orders and operate POS system
- Prepare and cook menu items (grill, fryer, assembly line)
- Assemble and package take-out orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, food truck, and front counter
- Set up and assist with food truck operations at events/locations
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
Requirements
- Previous food service or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler Certificate (required)
- Ability to travel to different food truck locations
