Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. Your role will involve mixing drinks, serving food, and ensuring that all patrons have a memorable experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including washing glassware and restocking supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely delivery to guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending/serving or a related position within the food service industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Certification in food safety or responsible alcohol service is a plus.
