The atmosphere inside the Leisureplex starts with sound. From warmup to the final buzzer, our game day music operator controls the energy in the building — cueing tracks, timing drops, and keeping the crowd locked in.
What the Role Involves
Our music operator runs the board on game nights, working closely with the game operations team to keep things moving. All music is provided, along with a game day track sheet that outlines exactly what to play and when — from the moment the Meteors hit the ice to every goal celebration.
You'll be responsible for:
- Operating the music system from the booth on game nights
- Following the track sheet for key game moments
- Cueing tracks in real time as the game unfolds
- Responding to cues from the PA announcer as the game moves
- Keeping energy levels consistent throughout the night
What We're Looking For
You don't need a DJ background — but you need good instincts and the ability to stay focused in a loud, fast-moving environment. If you can follow a track sheet and react quickly, you'll fit right in.
