'Responsibilities'
Analyze financial data to support decision-making processes.
- Solid understanding and past experience of full-cycle accounting required
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes, including bank reconciliations and intercompany account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses to support management decision-making.
- Medium to advance level of Excel, experience with Power BI an asset.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Conduct and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments to improve financial processes.
- Maintain and update financial databases .
- Support investment analysis and financial research activities.'
- 'Qualifications'
- Proven experience with accounting software, ERP systems, and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.'
